Community Service @ Salon Khouri

We are passionate at Salon Khouri about supporting our local community and have participated in multiple service initiatives since 2005. From fundraising for hurricane victims, to food and gift drives, to raising awareness for childhood cancer, the Salon Khouri team has contributed hundreds of hours to charitable events, and the salon has been blessed with donating thousands of dollars through our community outreach program.

April 6, 2013: Get to know your Virginia farmers! What better way to celebrate Earth Day this month than thanking these guys for helping care for the earth through better, smarter farming. And, we are donating $1 from every hair cut in April toward a scholarship to send someone to the Polyface Intensive Discovery Seminar.
March 3, 2013: We are so completely inspired by these little guys who are collecting change to help end childrens' hunger around the world. We are helping them by collecting spare change at the front desk, and we are donating $5 from every childrens' cut the month of March to Kids Helping Kids Stop Hunger.

September 15, 2012: Announcing our 6th annual cut-a-thon to "cut out" pediatric cancer! Sunday, October 14th from 11 AM until 3 PM.
September 1, 2012: Salon Khouri partners with The ART of driving to bring awareness to teen driving safety in memorial of Ashley Thompson. We will also be having a raffle to raise money for this much needed non-profit. Raffle tickets will be $1 each and prizes include a haircut and blowdry, a conditioning treatment and blow dry, and a make-up application.
August 1, 2012: Salon Khouri partners with Fairfax non-profit Our Daily Bread in their Collect for Kids program. Bring in a new backpack and we will take $5 off your haircut.
