Salon Policies


Your trust means a lot to us. For each new referral you send to Salon Khouri, you receive 10,000 Salon Khouri rewards points to use toward a future visit for products or services. In addition, the person you refer will receive 10,000 rewards points as well!

Re-Do Appointments

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the service you received, please call the salon no later than 7 business days to schedule your re-service prior to two weeks from the original date of service.


We are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests. Should it be necessary that you bring children to your appointment, please note that children under 12 must be attended to at all times. We love families and children, however, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors which can create a hazardous environment for unattended children. Also, no children are permitted in the wax room at any time.


We accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We require a credit card when reserving your first appointment with us. We kindly request that first time clients pay with cash or credit card and not check. Please note that there is a $35 fee for any returned checks.

Cell Phones

In order to provide a relaxing environment for all, we ask that you please do not use your cell phone past the waiting area and that you keep your phone on vibrate during your visit.

Gift Certificates

You may purchase Gift Certificates online, or in-person at Salon Khouri.


We proudly carry Kevin Murphy and Eleven products. We also retail handcrafted soaps, candles, accessories and jewelry for unique gifts for your friends and family.


Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, and provided no more than half the product has been used.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please know that no shows and last minute cancellations hurt your salon team. Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on the waiting list will miss the opportunity to receive services. No shows also negatively impacts your stylists’ income.

We send appointment confirmations 72 hours in advance of your appointment, and an appointment reminder 24 hours in advance of your appointment. These are sent via text, email or phone call, depending on your preference. If we reach your voicemail, we will leave a detailed message. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a no-show fee.

We require:

  • 24-hours advance notice for appointments including haircuts, color, blowdry, and styling services.
  • 48-hours advance notice for appointments over two hours in length including foil highlights, balayage, keratin services, thermal reconditioning, perms, extensions (deposits paid for extensions are non-refundable).

Guests who cancel their appointments without proper notice or no-show to their reserved appointment time are considered a “no-show.” Your first no-show will result in in a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Subsequent no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

Late Arrivals
Please call us as soon as you feel you may be running late for your reserved appointment time. If possible, we will try to adjust our schedule so that we can perform your requested service. However, we may not be able to accommodate your entire service requested or we may need to reschedule to another day if your appointment begins to overlap another client’s scheduled appointment time.
