Returning Client Appointments
Returning clients can book an appointment by calling the salon (703.273.7878) or by logging into the online booking system using an email address on file. Please use the ‘Forgot My Password’ feature if necessary if you have lost your password. Should you have any questions or problems with the online booking system, please call us at 703.273.7878 or email us.
To ensure that we have enough time allotted for your appointment, please follow the guidelines below when booking an
appointment online:
- When booking a color or foil service, always select the color or foil service first, then book a Signature Shampoo service as the second service, followed by a haircut. If you are not booking a haircut with a color or foil service a Shampoo as the second service, please indicate a finishing service: either a “No Blowdry” (which means we will rough dry the hair without styling it at no charge), or a Blow Dry Add-On service, in which your hair is fully styled.
- If you are booking a haircut, book a Signaure Shampoo service first, then the haircut as the second service.
