Stylists Jonathan Elkhouri and Kamen Leung recently completed training in Deva Curl certification! Ask a curly girl about her hair and she’ll tell you it’s curly, it’s complicated. Through the Deva Curl certification, Jonathan and Kamen learned the Deva Curl cutting technique. They won’t just give you amazing curls, they’ll teach you how to create them on your own.
