Salon Khouri, voted one of Northern Virginia’s top salons in both Northern Virginia Magazine and Posh Magazine, are hiring for a Front Desk Sales Associate. If you love people, love talking about quality products, are organized and can multi-task, this is the perfect position for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting clients warmly
Checking clients into the salon management system
Answering phones to reserve appointments
Ringing up clients at the end of their appointment and working with client to schedule their next appointment
Confirming appointments and checking voicemail
Checking our customer service tracking system for electronic appointment requests and corresponding with clients through the system
Promoting retail and recommending additional services to clients
Adherence to Salon Khouri front desk procedures and scripts
Scan out professional-use products at the end of the day
Accurately open and close register for the day and run daily register reports
Maintaining front desk and retail area cleanliness
Must be able to work evenings and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAITS

Positive, outgoing attitude
Punctual
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Position starts at $10/hour, plus 10% commission on any boutique items sold

Discounted hair services (balayage, color, cuts, texture services)
